The Challenge (Client POV)

Project Overview
Chembridges Group, a key player in the global petrochemical trade, approached Erahaus to elevate its digital footprint and streamline its B2B customer journey. As a company already trusted for its high-grade products and distribution capabilities, Chembridges needed a brand and marketing transformation that matched the scale and sophistication of its operations. Our mission was to create a full-funnel marketing ecosystem, from awareness to retention, that could support both growth and international outreach, while reinforcing their credibility across digital channels.
The Challenge (Client POV)
“We had the products, we had the network, but our digital presence didn’t reflect it. We weren’t visible in new markets, and we had no CRM to track or retain the leads we did get.”

Project Overview
MAGNA KW, a leading provider of educational and office furniture in Kuwait, approached Erahaus with the goal of redefining their brand image and digital presence. As a company rooted in quality, innovation, and sustainability, MAGNA needed to reflect these values through every stage of the customer journey, from brand recognition to user interaction and after-sales trust.
The Challenge (Client POV)
MAGNA’s existing brand assets were outdated and inconsistent with the high standards of their product line. Their visual identity lacked cohesion, and their online presence did not effectively convert visitors into leads or communicate the company’s strengths. Internally, the client also lacked a strategic sales process and CRM structure that could support long-term engagement.
The CEO expressed a clear concern: “We need more than just a logo. We need a full visual system and marketing flow that makes customers trust us from the first click to the final sale.”

Lavender Grill & Lounge, a dining destination in Ottawa, partnered with Erahaus to elevate its brand presence, optimize customer experience, and increase bookings. From identity development to digital marketing and customer retention, we delivered a 360° creative and strategic approach tailored to the unique needs of a hospitality business.
The Challenge (Client POV)
The Lavender team sought to reposition the restaurant as a vibrant, high-end experience that would resonate both online and offline. Despite an attractive space and delicious offerings, Lavender struggled with limited online visibility, scattered branding, low midweek footfall, and a lack of direct communication channels with regular customers.
They needed consistent branding, engaging campaigns, a reservation-friendly website, and a loyalty strategy that would keep patrons coming back.

Project Overview
Sogol Khalkhalian is a documentary artist and explorer whose work bridges global awareness, climate change, and cultural memory. From Antarctica to the Lut Desert, her storytelling needed a digital presence as bold as her message. Erahaus developed a strategic communication framework to elevate her visibility and engage the right global audience, balancing raw authenticity with refined visual identity.
The Challenge (Client POV)
When Sogol approached Erahaus, she was already a compelling voice, but scattered across platforms, without a consistent brand structure, strategic direction, or digital touchpoints to support her long-term vision. Her content wasn’t reaching the right decision-makers in cultural institutions, press, or environmental networks.
“I knew what I wanted to say to the world, but I didn’t know how to shape it for the world to hear it.”—Sogol Khalkhalian
There was also a need to build her credibility across two seemingly contrasting worlds: artistic expression and scientific exploration. And with limited initial visibility, we needed to start with awareness-building from the ground up, without compromising on the quality or message integrity.
